1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Elite Movers Long Island City, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Elite Movers provides professional moving and relocation services including local moving, long-distance moving, packing services, storage solutions, and specialty moving services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual weight, distance, and services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

4. Liability and Insurance

Elite Movers carries standard moving insurance. Additional insurance options are available for valuable or fragile items. We are not responsible for damage caused by client negligence or failure to disclose valuable items.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for disclosing all items being moved, including valuable and fragile items. Clients must provide access to the moving location and ensure safe working conditions for our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Movers' liability is limited to the value of services provided or insurance coverage, whichever is applicable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

Elite Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
